Well, the romanian player Victor Hanescu is too overrated here as he never ever looked like a great grass-courter, there are no doubts about the fact that he possess a powerful serve but besides the serve you have to play also stable from the baseline and here I see just a big difference between these two players. Simon is a great returner, one of the best returners in the world and I think that he will read romanian's serve without too many problems. Simon is just at least one class over Hanescu, there is true that the frenchman didn't impressed with his results for a quite long period but Hanescu purely can not be on the same level with Simon. It is true also that Hanescu comes after a easy victory against Devilder but that isn't any sign of improvement as Devilder is player who participate more on challengers and just do not have enough experience for grasscourts. All in all, Hanescu could win against Gilles Simon in straight sets at French Open of this year but now the situation is different as the frenchman is not in the same bad form as he was for a quite long period.
